PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following applications:
Application #10184 Linda Ruddy/owner & Matthew Jennings/applicant – Applying for a Variance of Schedule B Line 8 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum property line setback (30 Feet) so as to permit construction of a two car garage 6.2 feet from the property line for property located at 52 Silver Beech Road, Zone R-60
Application #10186 Sacred Heart Church/owner & Bennett Sullivan Associates/ applicant – Applying for Modification of the Special Exception under Schedule A Line B-3.1 and Section 10.11.1 of the Zoning Regulations for proposal to install a site ground sign at the church’s South Britain Road entrance within the street line setback, Zone R-30.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
