The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10347 Chris & Stacey Voight, owners/applicants – Applying for a Variance of the Zoning Regulations relating to Section 4.4 Setbacks, Schedule B Line 8 minimum property line setback of 15 feet, and Schedule B Line 10 maximum lot coverage by buildings and structures as percent of lot area 20%, so as to permit a shed 0.4 feet from the west side property line and 8.7 feet from the rear property line with a maximum building coverage of 20.5% for property located at 149 Oakdale Road, Zone R-20.
