1/10/2018 - Zoning Board of Appeals: Actions Taken at Meeting on January 2, 2018

The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at the January 2, 2018 meeting:

APPROVED – Application #10347 Chris & Stacey Voight for Variance of Section 4.4 Setbacks, Schedule B Line 8 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum property line setback of 15 feet, and Schedule B Line 10 relating to the maximum lot coverage by buildings and structures as percent of lot area 20%, so as to permit a shed 0.4 feet from the west side property line and 8.7 feet from the rear property line with a maximum building coverage of 20.5% for property located at 149 Oakdale Road, Zone R-20; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the Variance to become effective on the land records.
