The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10416 Michael Tarby, owner/applicant – Applying for a Variance of the Zoning Regulations relating to Schedule B Line 7.1 minimum setback (50 feet) from street line of State Highway (Route 67), so as to permit construction of an 8 foot dormer on the right side of the dwelling 32 feet from the street line for property located at 1008 Southford Road, Zone R-60.
