5/3/2018 - Zoning Board of Appeals: Actions Taken at Meeting on May 1, 2018

The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at the May 1, 2018 meeting:

APPROVED – Application #10416 Michael Tarby, owner/applicant for a Variance relating to Schedule B Line 7.1 minimum setback (50 feet) from street line of State Highway (Route 67), so as to permit construction of a dormer on the northwest side of the dwelling within the footprint not to exceed the size of the existing dormer for property located at 1008 Southford Road, Zone R-60; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the Variance to become effective on the land records.
