The following decision was made at the Wednesday, October 9, 2019 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
APPROVED – Application #10816 SRG Family, LLC/owner, for a Special Exception Soil Extraction Permit subject to Section 8 of the Zoning Regulations and all conditions and administrative requirements for soil extraction of approximately 7,000 cubic yards of soil at 136 & 140 Main Street North in conjunction with approved off site development (Assessor’s Map 35, Block 32, Lots 9 and 9A).
