11/6/2019 - Zoning Board of Appeals: Actions Taken at Meeting on November 5, 2019 (West Purchase Road)

The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at the November 5, 2019 meeting:

APPROVED - Application #10770 Jenifer Beaudean & T.J. White, owners, Hugh Sullivan, applicant for a Variance of the Zoning Regulations relating to Schedule B Line 7.2 minimum setback (50 feet) from any other street line (West Purchase Road), so as to permit construction of a front entrance canopy roof to the existing dwelling, second floor bedrooms, and a new two car garage to be attached to the existing dwelling 39’0” into the 50 foot and 10’1” into the 30 foot setback distances for property located at 233 West Purchase Road, Zone R-80; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the Variance to become effective on the land records.
