At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED unanimously to deny Site Plan Modification – Bank of America – 12 Main Street South.
VOTED unanimously to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Board of Appeals Referral – Special Exception Modification, St. James Lutheran Church (Medical Shed), 111 Peter Road; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED unanimously to approve Bond Release for Georges Hill Estates II (Lot 37) Shane Drive Extension; subject to administrative requirements.
