The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, in Room 205, at 7:00 p.m., on the following application:
Application #10968 Chris Simon, Owner/Applicant – Applying for a Variance relating to Section 4.4, Schedule B, 7.2 of the zoning regulations, to construct a three car detached garage with minimal set back from the street line on property located at 325 Fish Rock Road.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard. Written communications will also be received. In the event the restrictions of the pandemic are still in place, there may be no physical access to this meeting for the applicant or the public.
