At a Special Meeting on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED and passed unanimously to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission regarding 8-3a Referral – Sign Amendments, Section 10; subject to modifications.
VOTED and passed unanimously to approve Bond Release – Monuments and Pins – Georges Hill Estates #2 (Lot 37), Shane Drive Extension; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED and passed unanimously to approve Bond Release – Road & Drainage – Georges Hill Estates #2 (Lot 37), Shane Drive Extension; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED and passed unanimously to approve 90-day extension for filing of Mylar Map – McGrath Subdivision of Lot 2, Kettletown Road; subject to administrative requirements.
