The Southbury Public Library will host computer instructor Mike Ingber for a talk on Windows 10 on Tuesday, July 24 from 2-4pm in the Kingsley Room.
Microsoft Windows has been around for decades, and Windows 10 has been available for a couple of years now. This talk will highlight some of the new features included in Windows 10 (such as Cortana, Notifications, the Start Screen, and Continuum) as well as discussing some of the ongoing important elements of Windows such as the Desktop, the Taskbar, and the System Tray. So if you are looking for some insights to help you understand more about Windows, come and join us for this talk.
Mike Ingber is the owner of Upward Business Systems, which has been in business since 1989 and provides expert, reliable, affordable computer consulting services to a large base of clients. Clients include town halls, schools, non-profit agencies, small and medium businesses of all sorts, home users, and senior citizens. Mike received an M.S. Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, and a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Applied Math from Stony Brook University.
