This park consists of a 58-acre parcel of wooded land with a 4-acre pond. A hiking or cross country ski trail loop travels west along the pond and winds through a wooded area. Benches placed along the trail offer scenic vistas. The park is the home of Disc Golf Course.

Southbury Parks, Playgrounds and Fields are Smoke, Tobacco, Alcohol and Pet Free Zones. Parks are open from Sunrise to Sunset unless a special permit is obtained.
