To kick-off Southbury’s Restaurant Week the inaugural Sip & Savor was held last night. 14 restaurants came together under one roof at the Heritage Hotel and competed for Best Appetizer & Best Cocktail as voted by the 250 people who attended, enjoying delicious samples from all. A raffle raised $3,000 for the Southbury Food Bank, and entertainment was provided by “On The Road Again”.
