Full Time or Part Time Positions

Zoning & Wetlands Administrative Assistant. Full Time – This position provides clerical, technical and administrative assistance to the Land Use Department, Zoning Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. Responsibilities include: maintaining accurate records of land use applications, attendance at Wetlands, Zoning and Zoning Board of Appeals evening meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and legal notices and assisting with workflow for the online permitting software. Required Qualifications: Graduation from high school plus two years of related experience or combination of education and experience. Specialized courses relating to land use, planning, zoning enforcement and GIS experience a plus. The position is 35 hours per week at $45,000/year with comprehensive benefits.
