In order to be sure that our e-mails do not go to your junk or spam folder, please add our e-mail address webmaster@southbury-ct.gov to your 'Safe Senders' list. If you do not see emails from the Town of Southbury and/or its departments in your Inbox, they may have mistakenly been sent to your spam/junk folder. Please open your spam/junk folder, look for it there, open it and mark it as "not spam". If messages continue to be sent to your spam/junk folder contact your ISP or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist our emails.
EarthLink users - please add webmaster@southbury-ct.gov to your EarthLink spamBlocker.
Gmail users - go to "Settings", then click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses". Click on "Create a new filter" and put webmaster@southbury-ct.gov in the from entry and then click "Create a filter with this search" and then click "Never mark it to spam".
Charter/Spectrum users - go to "Settings", then select "Filters & Blocked Senders". Under "Safe Senders" section, enter the sender's email address in the box under "Email Address or Domain" and enter webmaster@southbury-ct.gov.
