9/21/2026 - Volunteer Open House at Bent of the River Do you have free time you want to spend helping a local nonprofit? At Bent of the River, we have many volunteer opportunities, including citizen science projects, trail maintenance, administrative work, and more. Come learn what we do as an Audubon Center and Sanctuary, how volunteers can get involved in our conservation mission, meet our dedicated staff, and tour our facilities at our Volunteer Open House. We will meet at our visitor parking lot at 10 AM and then walk to our buildings for a presentation about the Bent and what volunteer activities we have.
