6/25/2022 - Free Dance Performance Join us as our professional contemporary dance troupe MB Dance Theater, based in Southbury, presents completed dance pieces as well as works-still-in-progress at the Parish Hall, South Britain Congregational Church. Co-directed by Megan Boyd and Luka Kito, this local dance company was inaugurated in 2020 and has presented live and virtual dance performances at the Hartford Fringe Festival and the 5x5 Contemporary Dance Festival at the University of Saint Joseph. The choreography is modern dance-based and it encompasses both abstract conceptual themes along with expressive dance theater, performed by the company members.
