6/8/2024 - UCC Southbury Strawberry Festival Come and enjoy fresh strawberry shortcakes with homemade whipped cream, live music by Nick DePuy, Haley Reardon, and Adelaide Punkin, homemade baked goods including strawberry pies, grilled burgers and hot dogs, food trucks featuring Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, The Kitchen by Red Apple Catering, Kim’s Arctic Ice, and Colossal Kielbasa, raffle prizes, children’s games and activities, a real live fire truck and ambulance, as well as 30+ artisans and vendors for super shoppers. Our strawberry shortcake is the freshest! Strawberries are hulled on site, then served up on delicious shortcake, and topped with freshly made, real whipped cream. And chocolate dipped strawberries will be offered. UCC grill mates will be cooking up hamburgers and Boar’s Head hotdogs with all the trimmings, with cold beverages available. Delicious homemade baked goods, strawberry pies, jams and strawberry treats will be offered under UCC’s bake sale.
