6/20/2025 - Solstice Sunset Yoga Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a peaceful evening yoga session along the banks of the Pomperaug River. Together with instructor Matthew McGlynn, we’ll move through slow, flowing postures that mirror the water beside us, inviting calm and connection with nature. The session will close with an extended savasana accompanied by the soothing tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls, promoting deep relaxation for both body and mind.
