DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPEAL FOR THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION ISSUED BY THE ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: 92 Glen Lane, Southbury, CT, 06488 Mr. Brian Catlin, Owner.
This is an appeal for the Notice of Violation for a shade structure on the property near the cul-de-sac. Structure is set outside the required property setbacks as per the Southbury Zoning regulations.
THE ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER’S DECISION WAS UPHELD BY A VOTE OF TWO (2) IN FAVOR OF THE APPEAL, FOUR (4) NOT IN FAVOR OF THE APPEAL.
