TOWN OF SOUTHBURY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:
(i) Site Plan Modification: 142 Main Street North, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for ‘Change of Use’ from furniture retail to a book shop, ’Little Fox Bookshop.’
(ii) Site Plan Modification: 1257 Southford Road, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval under Schedule A, B-1A Special Exception for service based business as a private art studio for artistic creation. Ms. Janelle Chandler (Applicant).
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
