PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21st , 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205-A, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:
- Application for Re-Subdivision: 251 Painter Road and Bagley Road, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for the construction of the re-subdivision of Lot 15 to create two (2) parcels for the development of two (2) single family residential homes. Stuart Somers Co; Mr. Andrew Del Negro (Applicant). Site Plan provided.
- Site Plan Modification and Special Exception: 800 Main Street South, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for a martial arts studio. Good Fish LLC. (Applicant & Property Owner). ‘World Champion Taekwondo.’ Site plan provided.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
