DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
Appeal of Zoning Officer’s Decision to deny Zoning Application #25-299-Z: 617 South Britain Road, Southbury CT 06488. Stefanina Laurenza (Tenant/ Applicant) & Kevin M. Roche (Applicant); MBL 18-92-119 seeking approval for the installation of a four (4) square feet sign in the R-20 District for Stefanina’s Spa & Aesthetics LLC.
Commissioner Kane made a motion to uphold the appeal. Commissioner LaBonia seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passes.
