DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED: Application #26-022-ZC: 92 Glen Lane, Southbury CT 06488. Brian Catlin & Katrina Sweezea (Owner/Applicant). MBL 33-22-J3. Application for a Variance to Zoning Regulations Section B, Line 8, seeking a reduction to the required yard setbacks in the R-60 Zone.
Commissioner Kane made a motion to DENY the application. Commissioner LaBonia seconded the motion. All in favor. APPLICATION DENIED.
