The Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205-A at 7:00 P.M. for the following application:
Application for General Plans: Petition to Amend split B-1A & R-30 Zoned Parcel to accommodate Planned Development District (PDD) #25 – 33 Burma Road, Southbury CT 06488: M-B-L 58-28-1. Mr. & Mrs. Becir and Selma Selmani (Applicant/Owner). Site plan included.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
