DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
- VOTED UNANIMOUSLY AND PASSED on the motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Conti to recommend the approval for the Lot Line Revision at 1015 and 1011 Georges Hill Road, Southbury CT 06488. Mr. & Mrs. Christopher Wayne & Justine Louise Kennan seeking approval for revision of lot line. (Applicant & Property Owner of 1015 Georges Hill Road). Site plan as presented.
