TOWN OF SOUTHBURY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:
Special Exception & Site Plan Modification: 800 Main Street South, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for offices. This is a pre-existing space that contained individual offices. The new space will have low impact, low usage and generate minimal water usage. Site plan included.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
