DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED IN FAVOR TO FORWARD A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: on the motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Harrison to recommend the approval to allow a second curb-cut at 1015 Georges Hill Road M/B/L 37/48/M6.
AND
VOTED IN FAVOR TO ALLOW FOR EXTENSION TO FILE MYLAR FOR RE-SUBDIVISION: on the motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Harrison to recommend the approval to allow for the extension of filing the mylar for the re-subdivision at 251 Painter Road.
