At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS AND PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION:
Commissioner Hornbecker moved to approve with conditions. Commissioner Lesch seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion passes.
Application #: 1777: 24 Saddle Ridge Lane Southbury, CT 06488 – Michal Kopanski (Owner)/Attorney Lauren Geary (Applicant). MBL 43-19-24SW. Application seeking to install a residential fence and gravel walkway path on the property. Portions of the proposed improvements extend into an area subject to an existing Conservation Easement. Site plan included.
