The Zoning Board of Appeals electronically accepted one application on October 7, 2026 and will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South; Room 205-A for the following application:
Application #26-1005-ZBA: 375 Peter Road Southbury, CT 06488. Susan Potz (Owner and Applicant). MBL 30-45-L3. Application for a Variance to Section 4.4 of the Zoning Regulations to install a pre-fabricated twelve feet by twenty four feet (12’x24’) single car garage within required street and side yard setbacks. Site Plan included.
