The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following actions at the January 2, 2019 meeting:
APPROVED – Modification for Special Exception for Application #10586 Calvary Church of Southbury under Schedule A (Line B-3.1) regarding a change to the proposed footprint of the Calvary Chapel to a smaller building on property located at 354 Kettletown Road.
GRANTED – Application for Variance #10607 under Section 4.4 for Applicant S. McKenna to allow for minimum regulatory setback of 30 feet to 15 feet from the street line, so as to permit construction of a single family dwelling for property located at 86 Lower Fish Rock Road, Zone R-20.
