The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following actions at the May 7, 2019 meeting:
DENIED – Application #10664 Cara and Dave Pittari, owners/applicants for a Variance relating to Schedule B Line 7.2 minimum setback (50 Feet) from any other street (East Flat Hill Road), so as to permit construction of a screened porch within the 50 foot setback of the street line for property located at 290 East Flat Hill Road, Zone R-60.
CONTINUED TO NEXT HEARING – Application #10676 Sheehan Health Group, LLC /owner & applicant (Lutheran Home of Southbury) for Special Exception under Schedule A, Part B (Line B-7) of the zoning regulations to pave over an existing rear gravel parking lot (Dublin Hill Road) for the property located at 990 Main Street North, Zone R-60.
