The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10770 Jenifer Beaudean & T.J. White, owners, Hugh Sullivan, applicant – Applying for a Variance of the Zoning Regulations relating to Schedule B Line 7.2 minimum setback (50 feet) from any other street line (West Purchase Road), so as to permit construction of a front entrance canopy roof to the existing dwelling, second floor bedrooms, and a new two car garage to be attached to the existing dwelling 25 feet into the 50 foot setback distance for property located at 233 West Purchase Road, Zone R-80.
