The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10770 Jenifer Beaudean & T.J. White, owners, Hugh Sullivan, applicant – Applying for a Variance of the Zoning Regulations relating to Schedule B Line 7.2 minimum setback (50 feet) from any other street line (West Purchase Road) and Schedule B Line 8 minimum setback from property line (30 feet), so as to permit construction of a front entrance canopy roof to the existing dwelling, second floor bedrooms, and a new two car garage to be attached to the existing dwelling 39’ 0” into the 50 foot and 10’ 1” into the 30 foot setback distances for property located at 233 West Purchase Road, Zone R-80.
