The following decision was made at the March 3, 2020 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals:

APPROVED - Application #10920 KPMM, LLC, Owner/Applicant – Applying for a Variance under Section 10.6.2 of the zoning regulations to update existing non-conforming ground sign to add LED digital pricing, while maintaining current height, on the property at 56 Main Street South, Zone B-2B.
