The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Town of Southbury Special Exception and Site Plan Application under Sections 5A.3.3 and 7.2.17 to allow installation of a town fueling station with canopy, new site utilities, utility building and two 6,000 gallon deicing fluid tanks on property located at 61 Peter Road in the R-30 Zone and Aquifer Protection District.
Site Plan entitled “SITE LAYOUT, GRADING AND UTILITY PLAN” (1 sheet) prepared by Dymar Inc. dated June 18, 2019 and revised April 21, 2020.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 333 Main Street South LLC, by land N/F H.H. Stone & Sons Inc; by land N/F Oak Tree Southbury LLC; by land N/F State of Connecticut; on the East by land N/F Interstate 84; on the South by land N/F St. James Lutheran Church: by land N/F David & Patricia Shortt; on the West by land N/F Benkay Associates LLC; on the NorthWest by land N/F 385 Union Square Realty LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
