9/3/2020 - Zoning Board of Appeals: Actions Taken at Meeting on September 1, 2020 (Burr Rd)

At a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

APPROVED – Application #11055 Jeff & Stacie Hebert/owners & applicants for a Variance of Section 3.3.2 of the zoning regulations relating to accessory apartments so as to allow construction of an addition to an existing barn for use as an accessory apartment with garage underneath, detached from the single family dwelling for property located at 216 Burr Road, Zone R-60; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the variance to become effective on the land records.
