At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission regarding 8-3a (b) Referral – Petition by Southbury Storage, LLC to amend the Zoning Regulations (Section 12-General Plans) and Zoning Map for the establishment of a Planned Development District for proposed storage area addition to an existing warehouse storage building, 82 Poverty Road
VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification – CVS pharmacy (Covid Kiosk/Trailer) located 22 Depot Hill Road; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen Referral – Request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Lakeside (Perkins).
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals Referral – Special Exception Modification, Christ the Savior Orthodox Church – Storage Shed, 1070 Roxbury Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals Referral – Special Exception Modification, Southbury Historical Society – Ludorf Farm Blacksmith Forge, 502 West Purchase Road; subject to administrative requirements.
