At a special meeting on June 29, 2021, the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED - Application #21-101-Z – Michael Meliti, Applicant, applying for a Variance under Section 13.6, Schedule B, Line 7 relating to setback from street line so as to permit building an addition at property located at 40 Plaster House Road, Zone R-60. The granting of the waiver would not adversely affect generally the district or area in which it is located.
