The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following applications:
Application #21-078-Z – Estee Zaloumis, Applicant, applying for a Variance under Section 13.6, to allow the expansion of a pre-existing nonconforming building at property located at 774 Main Street South, Zone B-3B.
