At a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to Deny the Site Plan Modification (Moby, LLC) located at 774 Main Street South due to an incomplete application and nonconformity.
VOTED to unanimously declare Hollow Swamp Estates Subdivision on Hollow Swamp Road as a NULL and VOID subdivision.
VOTED unanimously to approve Bond Release for Hollow Swamp Estates Subdivision on Hollow Swamp Road; subject to administrative requirements.
