At a regular meeting on August 3, 2021, the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED - Application #21-078-Z – Estee Zaloumis, Applicant, for a Variance under Section 13.6, to allow the expansion of a pre-existing nonconforming building at property located at 774 Main Street South, Zone B-3B. The granting of the waiver would be contrary with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Regulations and no evidence was presented at the hearing or set forth in the application to substantiate any claim that literal enforcement of the Regulations would result in unusual hardship affecting this property.
