At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to recommend a favorable response to the Zoning Commission – 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#8 Southbury Green (Amendment #15), General Text Amendment & Detailed Plan Modification – For refuse enclosure addition in setback area of Building B.
VOTED to recommend a favorable response to the Zoning Commission – 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#8 Southbury Green (Amendment #16), General Text Amendment – For Expansion of shipping/receiving staging area behind ShopRite.
VOTED to recommend a favorable response to the Board of Selectmen – 8-24 Referral – Pascoe request to purchase Town of Southbury property in Berkshire Estates, Map 19A/, Block 71/ Lots 27-33 and Map 19A/Block 71/Lots 9-13; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve Bond Release for Cedar Ridge Estates Subdivision; subject to administrative requirements.
