The following decisions were made at the Wednesday, October 13, 2021 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
1. VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #21-155-Z, PDD #8, Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South – Approval of Detailed Plans and Text Amendment to allow a refuse enclosure located within the required 30 foot setback of Building B.
2. VOTED unanimously to APPROVE, PDD #8, Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South – Approval of Text Amendment to allow an expansion to the shipping and receiving area located within the required 30 foot setback behind Building A ShopRite.
