At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification Application – Gyre9, 1200 Main Street South; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission – 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#8 Southbury Green (Amendment#17), Text Amendment & Detailed Plan Modification – Signage.
VOTED to approve Lot Line Revisions – Highland Estates Subdivision (Section2 & 3) Horizon Hill, Lot(s) 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 & 33; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a recommendation of denial to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) for a request from Bond for the purchase of Town of Southbury land located in Berkshire Estates, Map 19A, Block 74, and Lot(s) 1-34.
VOTED to approve release of bonds for Stones Way Subdivision.
