At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED with conditions, Application #1676, 77 Old Poverty Road, for the dredging of a brook where a yard drain daylights to improve water flow and prevent flooding.
APPROVED with conditions, Application #1677, 502 Southford Road, for replacing two culverts washed out in a storm that spanned the width of a shared driveway for three residences.
APPROVED with conditions, Application #1678, Old Field Road, for replacing two existing culverts with one, larger precast concrete box culvert.
