At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Re-Subdivision – Ichabod Woods, Parcel 2 (Map25/Block60/Lot5B) for 2 lots on Royal Coach Lane subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification Application – 280 Main Street South, (Main Street Convenience) for a safety wall; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – D’Andrea request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates (Map 30A, Block G, Lots 67-68); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Board of Appeals Referral – Special Exception Modification, Calvary Fellowship Southbury (statement of use – coffee roasting) 354 Kettletown Road; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
