At a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions – Application #22-022-Z: PDD#I, Apple Real Estate, Inc., owner, Michael DePompeis, applicant, applying for a Proposed Text Amendment #9 to allow for the opportunity of taking on an additional tenant(s) with the proposed use of warehousing at 425 Main Street North.
APPROVED with conditions – Application #22-081-Z: EG Homes LLC (owner), Christopher Oliveira (applicant), applying for a Special Exception-Soil Extraction Permit for post blast rock crushing for use on site in the development of building lots approved for subdivision Southbury Hills aka Highland Estates, at Lot 19 Vista View Drive.
APPROVED with conditions – Application #22-121-Z: PDD#20, Southbury Village Square LLC, applying for a modification to detailed plans for two directory signs for tenants in the rear of the building and modification to building signs.
