At a special meeting on Monday, June 20, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions – Application #22-085-Z: Stephen Wright, applicant, for a Variance under Section 4.4 relating to setbacks to the front of building setback to street line as to permit to replace and construct proposed residential house located at 1050 River Road, Zone R-80.
