At a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to unanimously approve to RESCIND the action of July 27, 2021 to vacate Hollow Swamp Estates Subdivision located on Hollow Swamp Road.
VOTED to unanimously approve to reinstate Hollow Swamp Estates Subdivision subject to compliance with the original conditions including reinstatement of all bonding.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals for Special Exception – Pierce Hollow Cemetery ground sign.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Moscaritolo request to purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates M/B/L (19A-72-1-4, 19A-72-5-8, 19A-72-9-18, 19A-72-25, 19A-72-26-27, 19A-72-28-30, and 19A-72-31-32); subject to administrative requirements.
